Boiler feedwater treatment systems protect the boiler and steam system from scale, corrosion, and carryover. The key components, dosing pumps, softener valves, resins, and analytical instruments, are consumable items requiring regular replacement to maintain water quality.
AQ Process Systems sources and exports the full range of replacement parts for chemical dosing systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and boiler water monitoring instruments. We support systems from all major water treatment equipment manufacturers.
Proper feedwater treatment is the single most important factor in boiler tube life. We help ensure your treatment system performs reliably by supplying quality replacement parts with fast turnaround.

Parts are matched to OEM material specifications and dimensional tolerances. Please provide the equipment manufacturer, model number, and serial number (if available) for precise part identification.
The most frequently replaced parts are dosing pump diaphragms (wear item, replaced every 6-12 months), dosing pump check valves (erosion from chemical contact), conductivity and pH probes (sensor degradation, replaced every 1-2 years), softener resin (exhaustion, replaced every 3-7 years), and RO membranes (fouling, replaced every 2-5 years).
As a preventive measure, replace dosing pump diaphragms every 6-12 months, depending on the chemical being dosed. Corrosive chemicals (acid, caustic) accelerate diaphragm degradation. Replace immediately if you notice reduced dosing accuracy, chemical leakage, or loss of prime.
Yes. We supply strong acid cation exchange resin for water softeners (both gel and macroporous types), automatic control valves for regeneration sequencing, and internal distributor components (laterals, risers, strainer nozzles). Resin is supplied in 25-litre bags with data sheet and certificate of analysis.
For boiler water TDS monitoring, use a contacting-type conductivity probe rated for the boiler operating temperature and pressure. For feedwater monitoring at lower temperatures, either contacting or toroidal (inductive) types work well. All probes should have automatic temperature compensation. We supply probes compatible with Endress+Hauser, Hach, Mettler-Toledo, and other analyser brands.
Yes. We supply complete chemical dosing pumps (diaphragm metering pumps) from Grundfos, ProMinent, and other manufacturers, as well as individual spare parts, diaphragms, check valves, suction lances, calibration cylinders, and pulsation dampeners.
